Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of Asian Development Bank rated AA internationally by S&P, has today guaranteed Hoan My Medical Corporation’s (“Hoan My”) inaugural VND2.33 trillion dual- tranche fixed rate bonds.

The PAN Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PAN, “PAN”) has today successfully issued its inaugural VND1.135 Trillion fixed rate bonds. The issue was guaranteed by Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (“CGIF”), a trust fund of Asian Development Bank that is rated AA internationally by S&P, and placed through Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Limited (“SCB Vietnam”).

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) has received on 02 August 2018 US$ 100,000 from the government of Cambodia as payment for subscription of new shares under the capital increase proposal (CIP) approved by CGIF’s Contributors on 6 December 2017.

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility, a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (“CGIF”) in partner with the Lao PDR Ministry of Finance (“Lao MOF”) and Lao Securities Commission Office (“LSCO”) conducted a successful Corporate Bond Workshop last 31 May 2018 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) has received on 29 May 2018, US$4.3 million from the Government of the Philippines as payment for subscription of new shares offered to the Philippines under the capital increase proposal (CIP) approved by CGIF’s Contributors on 6 December 2017.
